ده مقاله

«ده مقاله» عنوان کتابی است که اخیراً از سوی پژوهشکده امام خمینی(س) و انقلاب اسلامی (وابسته به مؤسسه تنظیم و نشر آثار امام خمینی) منتشر شده است. این کتاب حاوی ده مقاله علمی در موضوعات فقهی، فلسفی و اجتماعی به قلم نوة گرانقدر حضرت امام، جناب حجت‌الاسلام والمسلمین حاج سیدحسن خمینی است. ایشان که اشتغال اصلی‌شان تدریس سطوح عالی حوزوی در حوزه علمیه قم است در کنار تدریس و تربیت شاگردان به تحقیق و تألیف نیز می‌پردازند. عناوین اصلی کتاب مزبور عبارتند از:

به منظور آشنایی بیشتر با محتویات این کتاب متن پیشگفتار آن را که به قلم مؤلف محترم نگارش یافته است در اینجا نقل می‌کنیم:

«آنچه پیش روی اهل نظر قرار دارد مجموعه مقالاتی است که در سالهای 1375 تا 1386 در مجلة وزین متین به قلم این حقیر به چاپ رسیده است و یا در حوزة معرفتی مناسبی با موضوع این مجله قرار دارد. نخستین مقاله دربارة تنظیم خانواده است که رسالة سطح سه اینجانب برای حوزة علمیة قم بوده و از راهنماییهای ارزشمند استاد گرانقدر حضرت آیت‌الله سیدعلی محقق داماد بهره برده و قسمتی از آن نیز به نوعی تقریر درسهای استاد معظم حضرت آیت‌الله العظمی سیدموسی شبیری زنجانی است. مقالة دوم دربارة استظلال و فتوای ارزشمند امام خمینی(س) دربارة این موضوع است. این مقاله نیز وامدار تحقیقات درس حضرت آیت‌الله سیدعلی محقق داماد است. هرچند به واسطة آنکه فتوای ایشان برخلاف نظر مرحوم امام بوده، همواره به نقد نظرات ایشان ناظر است. مقالات سوم تا هشتم برخلاف دو مقالة اول که در حوزة فقه به نگارش درآمده، مربوط به مباحث علم اصول فقه است. در مقالة سوم شبهة عبائیه که بحثی است دربارة استصحاب کلی به بررسی گذاشته شده است و در مقالة چهارم به تبیین دخالت یکی از مباحث اصول در حوزة سیاست عملی اشاره شده است. اجمالی که در مقاله چهارم ملاحظه می‌شود شاید معلول آن باشد که این نوشتار بیشتر باتوجه به مخاطبین آن در کنگره صدمین سال تولد امام خمینی(س) به رشته تحریر درآمده بود. در دو مقاله دیگر بحث خطابات قانونیه که از مهمترین بحثهای اصولی امام است موضوع بحث بوده است که در یکی اصل بحث و در دیگری نظرات و نقدهای مرحوم آیت‌الله شهید سیدمصطفی خمینی محور نگارش واقع شده است. بحث مقاله کلمة توحید نیز بحثی است که به مناسبت در علم اصول مطرح می‌شود و به ضرورت روزهای نگارش آن به رشتة تحریر درآمده بود.

در مقالة آخر بحثی را در محدودة الهیات به معنی الاخص و با استناد به کتاب تقریرات فلسفه امام خمینی مطرح ساخته‌ام. این مباحث از مکتب فلسفی استاد بزرگوار حضرت آیت‌الله انصاری شیرازی بهره‌مند است ـ بر این امید بودم و کماکان نیز از آن ناامید نشده‌ام که بتوانم منظومه مرحوم سبزواری را بر این منوال به شرح بنشینم ـ باشد که خداوند این توفیق را نصیب فرماید. در پایان این مجموعه، مصاحبه‌ای نیز به چاپ رسیده که عنوان «نوآوریهای امام خمینی در فقه» را به آن بخشیده‌اند. این مصاحبه مربوط به سال 1381 است که با روزنامة محترم اطلاعات انجام شد و نظر به اینکه نکاتی را دربردارد ـ که شاید امروز خود بر آن نقدهایی داشته باشم ـ به همراه مقالات به زیور طبع آراسته می‌گردد. امید است آنچه پیش روی شماست در مرحله نخست ارزش چیدمان جدید را داشته باشد و در مرحله دوم به حسن نظر و التفات در دیدگان صاحبان اندیشه بنشیند و در مرحلة آخر به نقد ایشان مزین گردد.

در پایان کلام لازم می‌دانم از لطف و بزرگواری استاد معظم حضرت آیت‌الله سید محمد موسوی بجنوردی که کلامی را به صدر این مجموعه، مصدر ساختند و از محبت خواهران و برادرانم در پژوهشکدة امام خمینی و انقلاب اسلامی تشکر نمایم.
