اگر چه حوادث تلخ این روزها جان های شاگردان و ارادتمندان حضرتعالی را رنجاند و عواطف متدینین را جریحه دار ساخت، ولی در خود ثمره مبارکی هم داشت که همان حسن توجه به ضرورت استقلال حوزه های علمیه و ارتباط وثیق حفظ نظام جمهوری اسلامی با محافظت از جایگاه مرجعیت عالی شیعیان است.

اگر به دیده قبول بنگرید، حقیر خود را شاگرد شما می دانم و همچون مرحوم والد، سال ها در درسها و مباحث مربوطه حاضر بوده ام. علاوه بر آن ، به سبب علقه و رابطه عمیق حضرت امام و والد بزرگوارتان که به تعبیر جنابعالی، همدلی و رفاقت دو بیت مرجعیت را به بیش از هفتاد سال کشانده است، تأسف شدید خود را از اسائه ادبی که به ساحتتان شده است ابراز می دارم.

اما آنچه مزید بر این امور ظاهری -که مطمئنم خللی نیز در روح بلند شما پدید نمی آورد- ، حائز اهمیت بوده و لازم است مورد توجه اهل علم واقع شود، استدلال ناتمامی است که در نامه جناب آیت الله یزدی به آن اشاره رفته است.

حقیقت آن است که نظام جمهوری اسلامی ثمره همه ی مجاهدات عالمان مسلمان و مجاهدان راه عزت و سربلندی است و به همین سبب صیانت از آن از اوجب واجبات است. اما نکته آنجاست که حفظ این مهم نه تنها به ذوب شدن روحانیت شیعه در حکومت وابسته نیست، بلکه تنها با استقلال حوزه و مرجعیت از دولت ها میسر است. وجود عالمان وارسته ای که مردم همواره آنان را ملجأ و مأوای خود بدانند و در سختی ها و شدائد به آنان مراجعه کنند، همواره راه حفظ اسلام و جمهوری اسلامی برای حال و آینده است.

در این میان صد البته ممکن است نظری با نظری مخالف باشد ، ولی هرگز نباید این مسیر به توهین و تحکم و بالانشینی منجر گردد.

آنچه این روزها می تواند توجه ها را به خود معطوف نماید، جدای از تأکید بر مرتبت عالی حضرتعالی در میان حوزویان و اهل علم، ضرورت استقلال حوزه ها برای بقای کیان شیعه و به جهت حفظ نظام اسلامی است.

مجددا فرصت را مغتنم شمرده، ادب و احترام فراوان خود را معروض می دارم.
